245 Broadway Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

The City of Schenectady Mayor Gary McCarthy
Remember when we posted this article about our new apartments being built in downtown Schenectady at 245 Broadway? We are so excited to share with you about our recent ribbon cutting ceremony held at the apartment complex front door.  Hodorowski Homes and J. Luke Construction are committed to the City of Schenectady's growth and economic development, which is why we are thrilled to offer such affordable luxury housing in the city.  We are so thankful to the City of Schenectady and the many businesses that have supported this project.  There are only six units left available for leasing!  If you're looking for a great place to live that's minutes from local retail, entertainment and food then 245 Broadway is the home for you!

Cutting the ribbon to 245 Broadway!

We'd like to give a special thanks to Mark Salisbury, Site Supervisor and Patrick Hedderman, Project Manager of J. Luke Construction.  Without these two gentlemen there would be no 245 Broadway! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication.
